Store cannot be held responsible for any stone falling out during normal cleaning or repair process, If it happens we will be gladly repair and restore in appropriate time and manner and you will be charged accordingly. Sunny Jewelers uses special care in the handling and setting of gemstones, replacing watch batteries, etc, but cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur in such handling, replacement and setting. Further, we cannot be responsible for damage attributable to unstable enhancement processes, for pressure or heat-sensitive stones, or stones with fractures as there is an inherent risk in handling and setting them. We recommend you have your jewelry & watches insured.

NO RETURNS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCHANGES ONLY, WITH IN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE WITH THE RECEIPT ONLY. 
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS. PRODUCT SHOULD BE UNALTERED /DAMAGED AND IT SHOULD BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR THE EXCHANGE.
